Ray Dental has created membership plans tailored for you and your family members to help your smiles stay healthy so they can sparkle and shine!
We understand Dental insurance isn’t always the best answer for you and your family. If you don’t have dental insurance, or your current coverage isn’t meeting your needs, consider joining one of our unique membership plans.
Check out our plans below to see which one will work best for you. You’ll get preventive dental care, including checkups and exams, as well as discounts on extra treatment when you join our membership plan.
Smile, Sparkle, and Shine
Membership Plans
Smile Plan
Age 14 and older
- Two cleanings per year (adult prophylaxis)
- Two check-up exams per year (periodic exam)
- Regular dental x-rays (bitewings, full mouth series, panoramic, periapical)
- Two fluoride treatments
- One emergency exam (for a toothache, broken tooth or other dental emergency)
- 10% percent off any additional treatment
Sparkle Plan
Age 13 and under
- Two cleanings per year (child prophylaxis)
- Two check-up exams per year (periodic exam)
- Regular dental x-rays (bitewings, full mouth series, panoramic, periapical)
- Two fluoride treatments
- One emergency exam (for a toothache, broken tooth or other dental emergency)
- 10% percent off any additional treatment
Shine Plan
Periodontal Maintenance
- Three or four periodontal maintenance cleanings per year
- Two check-up exams per year (periodic exam)
- Regular dental x-rays (bitewings, full mouth series, panoramic, periapical)
- Two fluoride treatments
- One emergency exam (for a toothache, broken tooth or other dental emergency)
- 10% percent off any additional treatment
